Introducing CQ Points, our way of saying thank you to the people who wear the house.
A good piece of clothing earns its place slowly. It is worn, washed, worn again, and somewhere along the way it becomes yours. We wanted the way we thank our customers to feel the same: unhurried, quiet and worth keeping.
CQ Points is that idea. It is a small rewards program that returns a share of what you spend as value toward your next piece. There are no games, no countdown timers and no pressure to collect. It is simply there, in the background, when you shop with us.
A note on timing. Crown & Quill is still in preview and the store has not opened. What follows describes how CQ Points is planned to work at opening. The terms may be refined before then, and nothing can be earned or redeemed yet.
How points are earned
Every delivered order earns one point for each ₹10 spent. A ₹1,199 tee earns 119 points. Shipping and taxes do not count, and neither does any part of an order paid with points.
There are two more ways in. Creating an account at opening brings a welcome of 100 points. And when you introduce a friend, you each receive 250 points once their first order has been delivered.
How points are used
Points turn into value at a simple rate: 100 points is ₹50 off. At checkout, you choose to apply them and the amount comes off your total. There is no code to remember and nothing to unlock.
Points can cover up to half of an order and stay valid for twelve months from the day they are earned. If an order is returned, the points it earned are reversed.
Three tiers
Tiers follow the points you earn across a year. Your earning rate stays the same at every level. What changes is the attention you receive.
- Quill begins with your first order. You earn and redeem points, and your welcome points are waiting.
- Crest opens at 600 points in a year. You see new designs early and receive a birthday note from the house.
- Crown opens at 1,500 points in a year. You get first access to limited drops and priority replies from our care team.

The coin
Every program needs a symbol, and ours is a coin. It carries the Crown & Quill mark on one face and, at the foot, the words CQ Points. We wanted it to feel less like loyalty-card stamping and more like something you would keep on a desk.
