Privacy notice

This draft describes the preview and identifies what must be settled for launch. It is not a completed privacy notice for customer accounts, checkout or virtual try-on.

There is no real customer account, connected checkout, newsletter subscription or photo-upload feature. House help is a local FAQ, not a message inbox, and does not submit questions. The pages do not intentionally request customer identity or payment data. Hosting may process technical request information; the exact provider practices and retention require review.

TO CONFIRM: which identity, contact, delivery and order data will be collected, why each field is needed, and the applicable legal basis or notice/consent process. Do not launch customer uploads or optional marketing collection without a separate reviewed purpose and choice.

TO CONFIRM: the actual payment, hosting, database, email, fulfillment and analytics providers; data disclosed to each; processing locations; contracts and safeguards. Razorpay is planned, not connected. Payment-card handling is intended to remain with the payment provider, not this website.

TO CONFIRM: specific retention periods, order/tax record obligations, deletion rules, access controls, backups and incident response. Do not promise absolute security or instant deletion of records that must legally be retained.

Current preview behavior uses a temporary session marker for the stitching transition. It does not provide real customer login. The preview bag and favorites use browser-local storage as described below. TO CONFIRM: hosting cookies, any launch analytics or advertising, required consent controls and the final cookie inventory.

TO CONFIRM: privacy contact, request process, identity checks, response times and rights applicable to each launch region. The final seller identity and contact must appear here before personal-data features open.

No customer photos are accepted now. Future try-on needs explicit purpose, consent, retention/deletion, provider review and failure handling before activation. TO CONFIRM: age rules and any restrictions on customer accounts or uploads. No future feature is authorized by this draft.
