DRAFT / NOT ACTIVE FOR SALES

Refunds and cancellations

For review. Final business details and terms remain unconfirmed. Prepared 30 September 2026.

Draft status

No orders are accepted in this preview. This is a policy draft, not an active refund promise. The owner must approve terms that match the real supplier and applicable consumer rules.

Cancellation before production

TO CONFIRM: whether cancellation is allowed, the exact cutoff before production or dispatch, the request method and any permitted charges. Made-to-order production does not itself establish a blanket no-cancellation rule.

Returns and exchanges

TO CONFIRM: return request window, size exchanges, change-of-mind eligibility, item condition, tags/packaging, excluded products and return authorization. Do not assume every POD item is nonreturnable.

Incorrect, damaged or faulty goods

Proposed launch rule: a clear support route will handle incorrect, damaged or faulty items. TO CONFIRM: request timing, evidence reasonably needed, inspection, replacement/refund choices and supplier responsibility. Customer rights must not be replaced by unsupported supplier limitations.

Return shipping and address

TO CONFIRM: return address, who pays shipping for each scenario, tracked-return requirements, international customs and whether the supplier can accept returns. No address or free-return promise is published.

Refund process

TO CONFIRM: approval criteria, amount refunded, treatment of shipping/taxes, payment-provider processing times and currency conversion differences. Refunds should use a verified supported method; no bank details are requested on this preview.

Delivery failures and disputes

TO CONFIRM: lost parcels, refused delivery, incorrect addresses, undeliverable orders and chargeback handling. No chargeback fee or blanket forfeiture rule has been invented.

How to request help

TO CONFIRM: seller identity, support email, service hours and complaint escalation. House help is an FAQ, not an inbox, and cannot receive a refund request.
